RP industrial chillers with green refrigerants: description

The new range of Frigofluid RP series air chillers is the answer to the increasingly stringent requirements for energy efficiency, environmental sustainability and performance in industrial refrigeration.

Their key feature is their low environmental impact: they use natural refrigerants with low GWP (Global Warming Potential), namely R290 (propane) and R32 (difluoromethane). These gases have no potential to form PFAS (perfluorinated alkylated substances) when broken down in the atmosphere.

RP chillers are available in 8 models with cooling capacities ranging from 5 to 35 kW and operate over a flow temperature range of 1°C to 25°C.

In the units with more than one compressor, the microprocessor controls their starts on a rotation basis in order to balance their operating hours.
