Refrigeration consultants... for industry consultants
Engineering firms understand more than anyone else the burden of offering the end customer an integrated solution: it is a matter of taking charge of the entire project requirements, including design, machinery (such as refrigeration systems), and services related to the order. This is a very broad responsibility, which refrigeration engineers must handle themselves. Unless they, in turn, have reliable consultants.
We well understand the need for firms to be able to delegate specific and vertical sections of the plant design, in their technical components and interactions with other units.
- Our refrigeration and cooling plant project starts with the first exchange of information, passes through the unified choice of components using the best software on the market, and ends with a thorough testing and acceptance phase. Naturally, we know the questions to ask first.
- We are present during the installation phase, reducing the unknowns of this phase and managing any critical issues.

Turnkey refrigeration systems: an additional guarantee for you
A particularly significant case of this ‘presence in all project phases’ are turnkey refrigeration plants. Many times, in fact, a typical order in industrial refrigeration does not end with a single unit. Often the customer’s explicit or implicit request is for several machines and services. For example:
- chillers,
- one or more auxiliary cooling units and heat exchangers,
- control panels, pump systems, hydraulic connections and automation,
- modular process skids (for containing one or more parts),
- design, handling, installation services.
Demand of this kind is best handled if the engineering firm’s supplier can, in turn, rely on a very wide range of cold solutions and selected partners on secondary sub-supplies. For an engineering firm, being able to interface uniquely with those who carry out this systems integration work is a not inconsiderable comfort.

RAW/E Industrial Liquid Cooler
How to cool process fluids in the total absence of water? By employing industrial air coolers, or “dry coolers,” such as Frigofluid’s RAW/E series: simple, environmentally friendly, low acquisition cost.
MDC-F Table-Type Dry Cooler
MDC-F Dry cooler in “table” configuration is an efficient and cost-effective solution for cooling fluids in a variety of industrial settings, particularly for small and medium-sized plants. Its ease of use, and at low cost, makes it an advantageous choice for various applications.
MDC-V V-Type Dry Cooler
Ease of installation, operation and maintenance serving even large systems: this is the MDC-V “V”-shaped dry cooler. The distinctive design of the coils allows for greater heat exchange surface area than “table” dry cooler systems, all in an easily scalable solution.
PAD-V Adiabatic Cooler Condenser
Adiabatic liquid coolers and gas condensers PAD-V series are offered where the focus is particularly on rational use of water and energy thanks to a dual operating principle, during hot and cold seasons, and thanks to the control panel that optimizes system operating parameters.
PAD-XL W Adiabatic Dry Cooler
Maximum efficiency, minimum water usage: PAD-XL W is Frigofluid's proposed solution for adiabatic cooling of process fluids (typically water/water and glycol). PAD-XS Adiabatic Dry Cooler
The PAD-XS is the ideal solution for process cooling and small (20 to 50 kW) industrial and HVAC systems. With its compact design, small footprint, and low noise, PAD-XS offers high performance with minimal environmental impact.
Turnkey Industrial Refrigeration Plants
A refrigeration system is more than a single chiller: heat exchangers, hydraulic connections, additional cooling devices also come into play to support your production process.
RW ax Liquid Chiller
These liquid chillers combine efficiency and performance control with brushless axial fans: they are chillers suitable for achieving average fluid outlet temperatures while optimizing energy use. In standard execution, ambient temperatures up to +40°C are allowed, but set-ups for even higher ambient temperatures can be requested.
RW ax LT Liquid Chiller
Low outlet fluid temperatures (water or water and glycol, down to -8°C) characterize RW ax LT liquid chillers: air condensation ensures that they use are electrical energy, and not water, for their operation: a resource that is then optimized by the electronically controlled “brushless” type axial fans. Up to +40°C ambient temperature allowed in standard execution.
RW / EFC ax Liquid Free-Cooling Chiller
The secret of this system is the combination of the refrigeration section and the free-cooling section depending on the time of day and year: the first mode allowed by these liquid chillers takes advantage of the normal operation of a refrigeration circuit, the second allows cold outside air to be directly conveyed to the fluid to be cooled: maximum efficiency, minimum energy use due to the clear separation between the two sections.
ERW ax Liquid Chillers
These liquid chillers are also suitable for working outdoors and in very high outside temperatures. Depending on the agreed design features, fluid outlet temperatures from -12°C to +30°C can be achieved: adaptability and reliability for all industrial plants.
RP Liquid Chiller with Environmentally-Friendly Refrigerants
High energy savings, low environmental impact, compliance with stringent European regulations: green RP model chillers, with R32 or R290 refrigerant, are the industrial refrigeration solution of the future. Small footprint and provision for remote control are Frigofluid's signature to these innovative equipment.
RW CW Liquid Chiller
The RW CW line was developed to serve production islands where air movement is not permitted. Electronic control also allows the energy used by these liquid chillers to be optimised. Low temperatures, efficiency, protection from external agents.
FT Water Thermoregulator
FT water temperature controllers make it possible not only to heat process water for molds, but also to stabilize the fluid for a long time at the desired temperature. Models available with oversized pump, suitable for high pressures.
FTT DC Water Thermoregulator
